Regulations

I. SCOPE OF REGULATIONS:

This regulation applies to the entire KS "Sęp" facility in Żelechów. Entry onto the facility grounds is equivalent to automatic acceptance and an absolute obligation to comply with all provisions of the Regulations. Entry onto the facility grounds and use of sports equipment and recreational-entertainment infrastructure is free of charge but requires agreement with the facility administrator, i.e. the Management Board of the "Sęp Żelechów" Sports Club.

II. ORDER REGULATIONS:

On the facility grounds, the following are prohibited:

• Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages and drugs
• Being in a state indicating alcohol or other drug consumption
• Bringing beverages in glass containers
• Bringing dangerous objects, pyrotechnic and explosive materials
• Bringing in dogs or other animals
• Throwing any objects
• Entering or passing through structures and equipment not intended for public use, especially fences, fences around fields, roofs, all kinds of masts and structures, and trees
• Using vulgar and offensive language
• Displaying offensive and racist slogans
• Selling goods, collecting money, or organizing recreational-entertainment events without the consent of the Mayor of Żelechów
• Writing on objects, equipment, or covering them with posters, announcements, etc.
• Littering the facility
• Performing physiological needs outside designated places
• Disrupting public order and peace

III. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MATERIAL DAMAGE AND FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS

• The person responsible for causing damage, the person conducting classes, or the organization or institution that used the facility is financially liable for damage to property on the facility grounds or destruction of sports and recreational-entertainment equipment. 
• Persons or institutions not complying with this regulation will be deprived of the right to use the facility. 
• The facility's owner reserves the right to remove from the facility grounds by law enforcement officers any person who does not comply with the above regulations or whose presence may be interpreted as a source of danger to others for important reasons. 
• For any accidents and damages incurred by those using the facility, trainers - group supervisors and event organizers are responsible.

IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

Separate order regulations drawn up by the organizer of the event apply during mass events and football matches taking place on the facility grounds.
