Christmas Visit to Marek Bożek – Presentation of Financial Support and Electro-Mechanical Equipment

During the visit, Marek’s family received financial support raised through donations and auctions held in recent weeks. An amount of PLN 2,150 was obtained from firefighters through the sale of various items, while an additional PLN 4,066 was raised from donations and auctions. In addition, the family was provided with electro-mechanical equipment that was not included in the auctions. In total, through all activities carried out so far, Marek’s family has received PLN 29,823.74, 5 euros, and material equipment.

At this point, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this initiative: the picnic organizers, Rural Housewives’ Circles, firefighters, M-GOK Żelechów, the club’s veterans, and all donors who supported the cause, even with a symbolic contribution. Without your commitment and generosity, this initiative would not have been possible.

As for Marek’s health, he has recently returned from several weeks of rehabilitation at a center in Wólka Ostrożeńska and is awaiting his next rehabilitation stay. His condition is gradually improving, although a long road to full recovery still lies ahead. With the help of a special walking frame, he is already attempting to move around his apartment independently. We wish Marek much strength, perseverance, and a speedy return to full health.
