Sęp - Wilga Miastków Kościelny: 3:2 Win in the Fifth Friendly Match Before the Spring Round of the 2023/24 Season

In the first 20 minutes of the game, Sęp dominated and created several opportunities at the opponents' goal. Unfortunately, in the 26th minute, we allowed Wilga's team to launch a quick counterattack from their own goal area, which ended with Szczepan Sawicki scoring. The one-goal deficit was recovered ten minutes later. Michał Jaworski made a run down the left wing, entered the penalty area, and passed the ball to Albert Stodulski at the 6-yard box, who confidently sent it into the net of Miastków. Despite Sęp's slight advantage in the final stages of the first half, no more goals were seen, and it ended in a 1:1 draw.

In the second half, we made another serious defensive mistake, and in the 60th minute, Dabian Frelik took the lead for the opponents at 2:1. This time, the loss was recovered after nine minutes by Michał Licbarski, who "netted" the goalkeeper of the guests. In the following parts of the game, Sęp clearly dominated and, despite several good opportunities to score more goals, managed to do so only once when Bartek Wdowiak confidently executed a penalty kick in the 75th minute, securing us a 3:2 victory.
