Preview of the 7th round of matches in the Siedlce district league for the 2023/24 season

Marcin Sągol

The upcoming seventh matchday will be inaugurated quite unusually on Wednesday, September 20th. On that day, Hutnik Huta Czechy and the semi-finalist of the District Polish Cup, MKS Małkinia, will take the field. The remaining matches will take place as usual on Saturday and Sunday.

Our team is looking forward to an undoubtedly exciting and challenging match this coming Saturday. We will play on our home turf against the table leader - Pogoń II Siedlce. Currently, the Siedlce team is the best and most consistently playing squad, and they will also be the favorites for the autumn championship. Under the guidance of coach Jaromir Kostrzewa, they have won all their games so far, boasting statistics of 35 goals scored and only 2 conceded. Historically, the matches between Sęp and Pogoń II have varied, but our team generally played well against demanding rivals. Let's hope that we will put on a solid performance on our home field. The match will be officiated by the referee trio consisting of Przemysław Wójcicki, Arkadiusz Boruciński, and Kamil Przedlacki.
