Preview of Matchweek 16 in the Siedlce District League – 2024/25 Season

The preparation period for the spring round has come to an end, and this weekend, teams from the Siedlce District League will return to the pitch to resume their battle for points. Will the autumn champions, Mazovia II Mińsk Mazowiecki, maintain their unbeaten record? Can ULKS Gołąbek or Pogoń II Siedlce close the gap to the league leaders? The answers to these questions will unfold in the coming weeks.

Our team will begin the league competition with an away match. On Sunday afternoon, we will face Płomień Dębe Wielkie, currently in 12th place. The match will be played on an artificial turf pitch in Mińsk Mazowiecki, on Budowlana Street.

In the autumn round, when we played against Płomień in Żelechów, we suffered a 1-3 defeat. However, the result was later changed to a forfeit win for Sęp due to an ineligible player fielded by the Dębe Wielkie team. This year's form of both squads remains a mystery, making it difficult to name a favorite for Sunday’s clash. We are looking forward to an exciting match and a strong performance from coach Piotr Szymański’s squad. The match will be officiated by referees: Rafał Kaim, Kamil Przedlacki, and Arkadiusz Pazdyka.
