Preview of Matchday 2 of the Siedlce District League – 2025/26 Season

Marcin Sągol

We have a long August weekend ahead of us, which means Matchday 2 of the league will be played over the course of four consecutive days. The first to take the pitch were the players of Wektra Zbuczyn and Pogoń II Siedlce, who faced each other yesterday. This afternoon, ŁDK Łosice will meet Watra Mrozy, while the remaining matches will take place – as usual – on Saturday and Sunday.

On Sunday, our team will travel away to face Naprzód Skórzec. Our upcoming opponent started the season very well, defeating Płomień Dębe Wielkie 4-2 at home last week. Rafał Brzezik’s side seems to be in good form, although the early stages of the season often have their own dynamics, and the performance levels of individual teams can be quite unpredictable. Sęp will most likely be without Szymon Słyk, who picked up an injury in the last match against Zryw Sobolew.

Kick-off in Skórzec is scheduled for 17:00, with the match officiated by Piotr Pniewski, Daniel Miler, and Adam Drozd.
