Sęp – Wektra Zbuczyn: No Answer for the Leader, 1:6 Defeat

The first half quickly showed which side would dominate the match. Wektra Zbuczyn looked much more active and consistently created dangerous chances near Sęp’s goal. The visitors opened the scoring in the 19th minute through Michał Wereszczyński, who finished off a counterattack with a precise strike from 13 meters into the far post. The same player doubled Wektra’s lead in the 29th minute, finding the net again after a pass from the right side of the penalty area. Sęp Żelechów managed to respond just before the break, when Mikołaj Głodek made a fine individual run and scored with a composed finish to make it 1:2.

The second half was completely controlled by Wektra, who continued to capitalize on their chances as the game went on. In the 50th minute, Miłosz Lubelski made it 1:3 – somewhat fortunately, as the ball deflected off him after Dominik Kowalski’s save and bounced into the net. Later, Krystian Musiejczuk and Sebastian Szcześniak added their names to the scoresheet, while Szymon Tomczuk sealed the result at 1:6. Sęp struggled to break through the well-organized Wektra defense and, despite their efforts, couldn’t improve their points tally this time.
