Tęcza Stanisławów - Sęp: Defeat after Penalties in the First Round of the "Siedlce" District Polish Cup 2024/25 

The last time we faced Tęcza was in the 2023/24 season, also in the District Polish Cup. That away match did not go our way, and we lost 1-6. This time, the match started much better for us.

Already in the 13th minute, Albert Stodulski put our team ahead, converting a pass from Kuba Gałkowski. Stodulski returned the favor a little over 10 minutes later, when he set up our forward, who extended our lead to 2-0. We managed to maintain a two-goal advantage until the end of the first half.

At the beginning of the second half, both teams' coaches made significant changes, and these adjustments favored the hosts. In the 49th minute, Adrian Pazura scored to bring Tęcza closer. Then, Michał Piekut equalized to 2-2, but Mikołaj Głodek quickly responded, putting us ahead again, this time 3-2. Unfortunately, we couldn't hold the lead, and in the 80th minute, Jakub Gańko equalized to 3-3.

The match's outcome was ultimately decided by penalties. Tęcza's players were more effective, converting four of their penalties, while our team successfully converted only three.
