Summary of the 3rd Round of the Siedlce District League 2024/25 Season

We have now completed the 3rd round of matches, in which, quite unusually for this stage of the competition, the team from Małkinia decided to forfeit their match against Sęp in Żelechów, resulting in a walkover. Currently, only three teams can boast of having not yet dropped any points: Mazovia II Mińsk Mazowiecki, ŁDK Łosice, and Pogoń II Siedlce.

The current season has started disastrously for Naprzód Skórzec, a team that until recently played in the 5th league. In the three matches played so far, coach Konrad Kruk's team has managed to secure only 1 point. In the season opener, Naprzód suffered a 0-3 defeat to ŁDK Łosice, then drew 2-2 with MKS Małkinia, and last weekend, they were thrashed 1-8 at home by Podlasie II. In this last match, the team from Sokołów Podlaski scored 6 goals in the first half alone, effectively deciding the game's outcome. Notably, the first goal was scored in the very first minute, and Aleksander Jezierski achieved a classic hat-trick.

Next Sunday, coach Kruk's team faces another very tough match, as they will play away against Mazovia II Mińsk Mazowiecki.
