Summary of Matchday 8 of the Siedlce District League, 2024/25 Season
The most effective team this past weekend was Orzeł Unin, who, playing at home, demolished the newcomer Grodzisk Krzymosze. In the first half alone, a total of 7 goals were scored, and Orzeł's victory was already a certainty. The only question remaining was how large the defeat for the visitors would be. The match ended with a resounding 16-0 win for the hosts, with Sebastian Nowak, Piotr Poszytek, and Dawid Domarecki each scoring 3 goals.
It is clear that the team from Krzymosze is facing serious issues, including personnel problems. For the match against Unin, there were practically no substitutes available—only Hubert Wysokiński was listed as a reserve. Since the beginning of the season, Grodzisk has managed to secure just 1 point, drawing 1-1 against Wektra Zbuczyn in Matchday 3. This upcoming weekend, coach Paweł Stępień’s team will host Hutnik Huta Czechy, and once again, earning points will be a difficult task.
