Summary of Matchday 8 of the Siedlce Regional League 2025/26 Season

The eighth round of the Siedlce Regional League was full of excitement, bringing a total of 45 goals! The most spectacular matches took place in Żelechów, where Sęp lost 4–7 to Pogoń II Siedlce, and in Sokołów Podlaski, where Podlasie II crushed Hutnik Huta Czechy 8–0. There was also plenty of drama in Sobolew, where Zryw, despite leading 3–1, eventually fell 3–4 to ULKS Gołąbek.

The round opened with Orzeł Unin drawing 1–1 with ŁDK Łosice. The hosts went ahead thanks to Stanisław Dąbrowski’s strike, but Karol Domański equalized after the break, and both sides had to settle for a point.

In Dębe Wielkie, Płomień defeated Watra Mrozy 5–3, with Piotr Czajka as the undisputed hero of the match after scoring four goals.

It was a one-sided affair in Sokołów Podlaski, where Podlasie II dominated Hutnik Huta Czechy 8–0. Piotr Leszczyński netted a hat-trick, and Aleksander Jezierski added two goals. For Hutnik, it was their seventh consecutive defeat.

There was no shortage of emotions in Sobolew – the home team Zryw led 3–1 against ULKS Gołąbek, but the visitors made a remarkable comeback, scoring the winning goal in stoppage time through Maciej Chmielewski to secure a dramatic 4–3 victory.

The match of the round in Siennica ended with a home win, as Fenix defeated the league leaders Wektra Zbuczyn 2–1, handing them only their second loss of the season. Goals from Dawid Matak and Jakub Piętka sealed the win, while Kamil Bobryk scored for Wektra.

Meanwhile, Naprzód Skórzec confirmed their strong form with a convincing 4–0 victory over MKS Małkinia. After a goalless first half, the hosts took full control in the second, with Sylwester Buga scoring twice.

In Żelechów, fans witnessed a goal-filled thriller, but Sęp fell 4–7 to Pogoń II Siedlce. Despite receiving three red cards, the visitors held their lead, with Patryk Klimek bagging a hat-trick. For Sęp, the goals came from Maksymilian Dębowski (two), Krystian Dadas, and Mikołaj Głodek.

The round concluded in Węgrów, where Czarni drew 1–1 with Jastrząb Żeliszew. Both goals came in the first half – Michał Gryglas scored for the hosts, and Michał Mularczyk equalized for the visitors.

At the top of the standings, Fenix Siennica took the lead, overtaking Wektra Zbuczyn by a single point. Czarni Węgrów now sit third, though the race at the top remains incredibly tight.
