Football Career

Janusz Białek, during his active career, wore the jerseys of Sęp Żelechów, AZS AWF Warsaw, and Stal Mielec. In the colors of Stal Mielec, along with his teammates, Białek secured third place in the top league, allowing him to showcase his skills on the UEFA Cup stage.

Coaching Career

Where he ended his football adventure, he began his coaching career. This refers to Stal Mielec, with whom he celebrated promotion to the top league. Białek also served as an assistant to Grzegorz Lato at Olimpia Poznań (promotion to the top league). In subsequent clubs, Mr. Janusz independently determined the fate of the teams. These included: Sokół Tychy, GKS Bełchatów, Aluminium Konin (Polish Cup final), Ceramika Opoczno, Groclin Grodzisk Wlkp., GKS Katowice, Aluminium Konin again, Polonia Warsaw, Szczakowianka Jaworzno, HEKO Czermno, Zagłębie Sosnowiec, Stal Mielec (first older and younger juniors and then seniors), Jagiellonia Białystok (in the 2007/2008 season in a league match against GKS Bełchatów he was listed as the main coach), Odra Wodzisław Śląski (from October 1, 2007, to November 3, 2008), Stal Mielec (from July 6, 2009, to September 22, 2009), ZKS Stal Stalowa Wola (from September 22, 2009). From November 27, 2010, Janusz Białek has been leading the Polish U-19 National Team.
