Czarek Polak was born in Otwock. He took his first football steps training and playing in the youth teams of Sęp Żelechów, including under coach Tomasz Gugała. After his initial years in Żelechów, he decided to move to Wilga Garwolin, only to join Escola Varsovia a year later. There, playing as a midfielder or forward, he competed in the Central Junior League U-18 and also played with the senior team in the IV league. In August 2021, he was loaned to Motor Lublin, a II league team, where he spent the entire season playing as a left-back. After returning from his loan, he once again left Escola to sign a contract with the second-tier team Garbarnia Kraków, where he played for the entire 2022/23 season. In July 2023, Czarek decided to change clubs and signed a two-year contract with Kotwica Kołobrzeg (II league). Then, in September 2024, he signed a three-year contract with Jagiellonia Białystok, a team playing in the Ekstraklasa.
A significant achievement for Czarek was representing Poland in the U-20 national team. He had the opportunity to play against teams such as Italy and Germany and even scored a crucial goal against Portugal.
In addition to his club and national team career, Czarek is also known for his humble approach to life and sports. In interviews, he emphasizes the importance of hard work, dedication, and self-belief. Despite his successes on the field, Czarek remains humble and is grateful for the support he receives from coaches, teammates, and family.
